Scott Farrow Scott Farrow is serving his first term as Northwest Mountain Regional Vice President after working the past 17 years as an air traffic controller and NATCA representative. Scott was a controller at Oakland Air Route Traffic Control Center in Fremont, Calif., from 1990-96 and also served there as a NATCA area representative from 1992-95. Then Scott moved to Salt Lake Terminal Radar Approach Control, where he spent the past decade, serving as a vice president of the local NATCA chapter (1998-99) and then president of the local (1999-2003). Scott also has served the union as a regional training coordinator, regional grievance team member, arbitration advocate and Utah state legislative coordinator. Scott's wife, Leslee, has and continues to be a great NATCA supporter. Scott has two kids, son Michel and daughter Amber. Scott and Leslee spend most of their free time running kids to football practice and horse shows. |
