Darrell Meachum Darrell Meachum is serving his second term as Southwest Region Vice President for the National Air Traffic Controllers Association. Meachum has a long history as an influential member of NATCA, exhibiting strong leadership skills in every position he has held within the union. Meachum previously served in many NATCA positions since 1990, including four years as the NATCA Fort Worth Center facility representative and two years as a national NATCA liaison. In addition, Meachum co-founded and served as president of the NATCA Charitable Foundation. He has completed extensive training, including advanced facility representative and advanced arbitration advocacy courses. Meachum is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
