1.  Try to avoid connections through some of the busiest airports.  If possible avoid making connections at Chicago O’Hare, Los Angeles, or Dallas-Ft. Worth.  Even though San Jose has direct flights into all three of these airports, we recommend avoiding using them as connector airports. 

2.  Tips for picking up passengers.  The airport has a new cell phone waiting area that is free to the public.  Instead of driving in circles waiting for your passengers to arrive, pull into the cell phone lot and wait.
