NATCA Takes Part in Holiday Charitable Efforts
Thursday, January 06, 2011

This holiday season, NATCA’s National Office participated in the NATCA/ONEU Toys for Tots drive.

With office employees participating, along with generous donations from both NATCA and the ONEU employees' union, the drive proved a huge success. A total of 81 toys were contributed to The United States Marines Toys for Tots program, and Marines even stopped by the D.C. office to personally pick them up.

We would like to thank our National Office Toys for Tots Coordinators Kendal Guinn and Charry Jimenez, and everyone who helped donate to this amazing cause!

Also this past holiday season, the NATCA Dothan, Ala., local (DHN), a contract tower, donated $1,000 to local radio station WUSD's efforts to aid families in its community.

In the picture below, DHN Local President James Stubblefield (middle) is joined by Vice President George Eckenroth and WUSD radio personality Amie Pollard in front of the items purchased with the donated money.

Great job DHN!
