On June 17, 2020, NATCA and the Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning the Aircraft Certification (AIR) Compliance and Airworthiness Division (AIR-700) Refinement Plans for AIR-732 and AIR-734 (AIR-700 Refinement Phase 1A).  Bargaining Unit Status (BUS) codes for bargaining unit employees (BUEs) affected by AIR-700 Refinement Phase 1A will not change.  The MOU also provides that AIR-700 Refinement Phase 1A will not result in a change in duties, geographic location, position, or pay grade.  Likewise, telework arrangements, alternative or compressed work schedules, and approved leave will remain effective until they are reviewed and/or approved by the new manager in accordance with the 2011 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
