On January 27, 2021, the Agency briefed NATCA regarding an upcoming organizational change that the Agency plans to implement.  The changes are to the Agency’s own internal structure and include deleting AJV-E3D0 and renaming numerous areas within AJV-C300, E300, and W300.  This is an Agency effort to create a more balanced organization for management, and to leverage efficiencies that will provide a more effective and efficient organization for the stakeholders.  The Agency has utilized the Planning and Requirements Group Realignment Team (PRG) to analyze and drive the refinement efforts.  Significantly, there will be no detrimental impact on bargaining unit employee (BUE) working conditions.
