The deadline to register for NATCA in Washington was February 6th. If you are interested in attending, please complete this form as a spot may become available leading up to the conference. Please do not make any flight arrangements until your attendance is confirmed. Additionally, transportation expenses are NOT reimbursed by NATCA National. If you are confirmed, please check with your FacRep first before you complete any airfare purchase to determine what expense reimbursements, if any, will be provided by your Local.

This year, NATCA in Washington will be held Monday, March 24, to Wednesday to March 26, at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001.

**NOTE- Your Check-in/Check-out dates should be the dates you are checking in and out of the Hyatt Regency.

NATCA in Washington attendees should plan to arrive on Sunday, March 23rd and depart after 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 26th. Early arrival or late departures must be approved through your regional NLC member and will be at attendee’s own expense.

The NATCA National budget will fully cover room and tax for participants sharing a room with another dues-paying member for any of the following nights: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (March 23, 24, 25).

The NATCA National budget will cover 50 percent of the room and tax for attendees who choose not to share a room. This means that attendees opting for a single-room occupancy will be responsible for paying half of the $416 room rate ($359 plus 15.95% tax) or approximately $208 a night.
