This Agreement is made by and between the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, AFL-CIO, hereafter referred to as the “Union”, and the Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corps, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer.”
