As we celebrate Women’s History Month and recognize International Women’s Day, we honor the resilience, achievements, and contributions of women across all fields, including the often male-dominated worlds of aviation and air traffic control. NATCA is proud to have such amazing female members serving as committee chairs, facility representatives, and more within our Union.
