NATCA Members, Family, and Friends Have Sent More Than 27,000 Messages Calling on Congress to Protect Our Retirements…Let’s Keep These Messages Coming
Since our Union launched a campaign on Monday evening, NATCA members and our allies have sent more than 27,000 messages to members of Congress calling on them to protect the federal retirement benefits of air traffic controllers and other public safety professionals. Let’s keep this momentum going!
Our Union’s Action Center makes this process easy. It only takes a few minutes for participants to send messages to their US Senators and Representatives. These messages are important! Lawmakers need to hear from as many people as possible about the urgent need to protect Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) by preserving current benefit levels, including the supplemental annuity, and opposing any increase in employee contributions to FERS or Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB).
You do not have to be a NATCA member to participate. Any concerned constituent has the right to reach out to their political representatives. Ask your family members, friends, and neighbors to help protect your retirement by joining our movement.
