You have the right to disclose information you reasonably believe involves a violation of law rule regulation, mismanagement, fraud waste, or abuse without fear of reprisal.
You have the right to a copy of the material in your OPF, EPF, Medical, Training, or Security file and/or to review them on duty time.
You have the right to insure that Letters of reprimand and documents related to them are removed from your OPF after two years.
You have the right to request that the letters of reprimand and related documents be removed after one year if no longer warranted.
