NATCA’s Leadership Experience Acceleration Project (LEAP) training was held from Feb. 27-March 1 at the Inn On The River in Glen Rose, Texas.

With this class, roughly 270 NATCA members have completed LEAP training since it was introduced in the Southwest Region in 2009.

Eastern Region Archie League Medal of Safety Award winners Jaymi Steinberg and Richard Wallace from Washington Center (ZDC) will be honored on March 22 at Communicating For Safety during our annual awards banquet.

Said Gilbert: “Congratulations on this recognition. It is well deserved. And thank you for showing grace under pressure while rising up to ensure the safety of those that count on ATC.”
