Great ATC Work on Display at Sun ‘n Fun in Florida

 

“Sun ‘n Fun International Fly-In and Expo (last month) in Lakeland, Florida., was one of the most impressive operations I have ever seen,” Southern Regional Vice President Jim Marinitti said. “The ultimate in teamwork, and a lot of fun.”

Evan Munro (pictured below) gave a presentation for NATCA at the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) booth on ATC Clear Concise Communication. “I spoke about ATC communications and airspace, answered questions, and showed pilots that controllers really aren’t that scary!” Munro said.
