The last two years have brought unprecedented challenges as our members have continued to provide the best service in the world despite a global pandemic. We’re resolving in 2022 to continue fighting to protect and advance our members’ rights and working conditions. Our NATCAfamily knows the power of solidarity: when we stand together, we win together. In order to continue to harness that power, we need you — our members — involved in union activities and your communities. Our voices have an incredible positive effect when we speak as one. This year and every year, please resolve to educate those around you about how unions fight for respect and dignity for working people, and how union activism ensures a better and brighter future for ourselves, as well as our brothers and sisters.
