NATCA Welcomes Attendees to the First-Ever Activism and Training Expo
We are excited to have you participate in the first-ever NATCA Activism and Training Expo (ATX). We are eager to provide you with an educational experience like never before. We encourage you to take the information learned back to the facility and educate fellow NATCA members.
This information will assist you in preparing for your time at ATX.
ATX Registration:
- Registration is four simple steps when you arrive:
- Go to the ATX registration on the Pool Level of Caesars Palace.
- Type your name in the iPad & select your name when it appears.
- Review your badge preview.
- Press print.
- Registration is now complete, and you will have a unique QR code on your badge for the event’s duration.
- Class/Booth Feedback and Follow-Up – We have a new registration system and software that creates and works with attendee badges. Each person will have a unique QR code on their badge. ATX will have a system linked to the entire event so we can provide feedback to each NATCA Committee and the FacRep on the various topics each attendee learned about. NATCA Committees can use the information to follow up with members interested in their presentations or the booths you interacted with. Lastly, this information will help plan future events by knowing what our members want to learn the most.
Dress Code:
The dress code is casual for ATX attendees.
WHOVA Event App:
We will be introducing a new app for ATX participants. The app is called WHOVA, and it will help you maximize your experience and participation during the expo. As with anything new, we wanted to provide instructions on using this product. We have included the app’s written instructions and some short videos to guide you through the installation process.
WHOVA User Instructions:
- For NATCA’s Activism & Training Expo in Las Vegas, Dec. 12-16, we will use an event app called Whova. Download the Whova app to access the event schedule, venue map, and more by clicking here.
- After downloading, search for “NATCA ATX” on the events list, and enter the event invitation code: natcaatx2022
- You can also access the class schedule, without downloading the app or signing in, from desktop or mobile here.
- See a video tutorial here.
Once you have the app, you can view the agenda, add sessions to your personal schedule, send questions to ATX presenters, and sort the many sessions available to you by tracks associated with your interests at ATX. From the agenda, filter by tracks at the top of the screen. The app will also give you important to-the-minute updates from the ATX team.
Find the download link, instructions, and contact information for any questions you may have at natca.org/atx
