President Santa Speaks on VSRP Panel in Fort Worth, Texas

NATCA President Rich Santa spoke March 2, 2023 on an executive guest panel focused on Voluntary Safety Reporting Programs (VSRP) at the VSRP Collaboration Workshop in the FAA Southwest Regional Office at Fort Worth, Texas.

Participants at the event also included NATCA National Safety Representative John Murdock (Philadelphia ATCT, PHL); NATCA Event Review Committee (ERC) members and the ERC analysts; and NATCA ATSAP Analyst Team (AAT) members.

VSRPs provide a mechanism for employees to voluntarily report potential hazards and safety concerns without fear of reprisal or other repercussions and are a key component to helping improve the safety of the National Airspace System (NAS).
