
NATCA President Nick Daniels Speaks as Part of Panel on Airspace Modernization and Safety
NATCA President Nick Daniels addressed attendees as part of a panel at the XPonential Conference in Houston, Texas on Wednesday, May 21. The annual conference that is hosted by the Association for Uncrewed Vehicles Systems International brings together attendees from around the world who are interested in technology advancements and regulatory developments around unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). Daniels participated on a panel titled, “Airspace Modernization and Safety.” Other panel members included Zipline’s Head of Airspace Integration Peter Sachs, ANRA Technologies Founder and CEO Amit Ganjoo, and Wisk’s Director of Airspace Operational Integration Erick Corona. The panel focused on the latest innovations in infrastructure, advanced air mobility, and operator tools designed to enhance situational awareness. The panelists also touched on how digitalization, AI-driven decision support, and resilient communications are helping shape the future of aviation and air traffic control.
