U.S. Representative Mark Pocan Tours Madison ATCT

U.S. Representative Mark Pocan (Wisc.-2) recently toured the Madison ATCT (MSN). MSN FacRep Merrick Timbers and Facility Vice President Mark Hermanson coordinated the visit with Rep. Pocan. Much of the discussion focused on operations, technology upgrades, and staffing issues. Merrick and Mark were able to simulate an arrival with Rep. Pocan, giving the Congressman a snapshot into the work ATCs do on a daily basis.

During the visit, Rep. Pocan was able to tour both the tower cab and the TRACON. Overall, it was a productive visit and NATCA looks forward to furthering this relationship moving forward.
