OSHA Committee Update: You Have the Right to a Safe Workplace—Without Fear of Retaliation

NATCA fought to ensure your right to report unsafe or unhealthy working conditions without being threatened or intimidated. Retaliation for reporting safety concerns—called reprisal—is unacceptable.

To strengthen protections, NATCA worked with the FAA to create the OSH Reprisal Order. Recently, NATCA identified outdated contact information in the order, and as a result, the FAA’s DASHO Support Group has updated the reporting process.
