AMEND: Section 3. Any bargaining unit member who applies for accepted a supervisor/management
position after September 12, 2008 and returns to the bargaining unit will have their cumulative seniority
date set to the day they return.

Rationale: This change will hopefully reduce the number of controllers who bid supervisor jobs and strengthen the controller work force.
