Section 1. All proposed amendments to the National Constitution shall be submitted to the National Constitution Committee through the Executive Vice President one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the Convention*. All proposed amendments shall be reported out of committee, shall be submitted to the membership at least sixty (60) days prior to the Convention, and shall be considered at the National Convention.

*For the 2027 Convention, the deadline for proposed amendments to the Constitution will be December 3rd, 2026.

Rationale: This will allow the NCC to not have to meet the week of Christmas to receive amendments. Our families will thank you for passing this amendment. If passed, the italicized text will be printed in the Constitution that results from this Convention and then drop out.
