NATCA finds that electronic polling its members provides important insight into the desires of the membership. Polling data should be used by the National Executive Board (NEB) to make informed decisions when determining the positions and the direction of the organization.

Rationale: With the advancement of technology, the ability to measure the current state of affairs in field
facilities is easily obtainable. While polling data should not be used as a “must do” mandate to the NEB, it is a data set that should be used to ensure the NEB understands the issues the membership faces.
