Watch Out for Hotel Scams Targeting CFS Attendees

We have received reports that some NATCA members and sponsors are being contacted by scammers, also known as “hotel pirates,” who falsely claim to represent NATCA or offer discounted hotel rates for Communicating For Safety (CFS) 2025.

Please remember: All official NATCA communications about CFS registration and hotel reservations will come from [email protected] and are powered by our official registration platform, Cvent.

You will reserve your hotel room through NATCA’s official room block as part of your CFS registration. Do not click on any links from emails or third parties claiming to sell hotel rooms for CFS. These are scams and not affiliated with NATCA in any way.
