NATCA Members Participate in Representative Training Course
Earlier this summer, NATCA held a Representative Training course in Baltimore. This course brought together members from across the country, educating and empowering them to serve our Union membership.
During the class, instructors John Bratcher (Southwest Regional Vice President), Jamaal Haltom (National Training Representative), Nichole Surunis (Southern Region Training Representative), Nicole Wysong (Alternate Regional Vice President Region X), Allen Casey (Alternate Regional Vice President Region X), and Nate Pair (Alternate Regional Vice President Western Pacific Region) educated participants about what is expected from NATCA National perspective on representatives in the field, gaining a better understanding on effective communications, and understanding collaboration and how best to utilize collaboration. Candace Geller and Gabriele Ulbig from NATCA’s Labor Relations Department also contributed their expertise to the course.
