A reminder to all CFS 2025 attendees and sponsors: Beware of hotel booking scams. Some unauthorized third parties are contacting people claiming to offer discounted hotel rooms for CFS. These offers are not legitimate companies and are not connected to NATCA.

NATCA’s hotel booking is available only through our official registration process. You will book your hotel room as part of registration, and all verified messages about CFS logistics will come from [email protected], sent through Cvent.

If you receive an unsolicited message about hotel rooms for CFS, do not respond and do not click on any links. Book your room through the CFS registration website.
