CFS 2025 Workshop “Choose Your Ending” Sends Attendees Forward 

Communicating For Safety 2025 concluded with an interactive workshop that turned reflection into action. Resilience strategist Shawn Ellis returned to lead “Choose Your Ending: 3 Steps to End Well and Begin Better,” guiding aviation safety professionals through the Brave Choice framework. Attendees identified beliefs and habits to let go of, considered the cost of staying in the “comfort loop,” and made personal commitments to step forward with renewed resilience and purpose. This closing experience left participants reconnected to NATCA’s mission and inspired to carry collaboration and innovation into the future of the National Airspace System.
