U.S. Representative Morgan McGarvey Meets with NATCA Representatives

U.S. Representative Morgan McGarvey (Ky.-3) recently met with NATCA representatives discussing several issues important to air traffic controllers, including pay and modernization. NATCA members who attended the meeting included Jesse Wynne (Standiford ATCT, SDF), Scott Gilde (SDF), James Trubisky (SDF), and Craig Oldis (SDF). The congressman was also able to meet an ATC trainee who described the current training process and the challenges affecting training. NATCA members say the meeting was productive and hope it will lead to positive outcomes in the future.
