Experience the Magic and History of the Oshkosh Flight Line
There is nothing quite like the energy of Oshkosh, where an aircraft lands roughly every 17 seconds during the peak arrival rush. What started as a small gathering of 150 people in Milwaukee back in 1953 has grown into a massive international event with over 700,000 attendees arriving in more than 10,000 aircraft. From July 20-26, 2026, NATCA volunteers will be right in the thick of it, helping pilots navigate the world’s busiest airspace and sharing about aviation safety. It takes an energetic crew to educate the thousands of pilots that come through the NATCA booth, and we want YOU to be part of the NATCA team that keeps the spirit of aviation alive. Apply by March 1, 2026, to be part of the team that showcases our profession at the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration.
