NATCA Celebrates Black History Month
During Black History Month, we honor the trailblazers who organized, lifted others up, and reached new heights—in the workplace and the skies. Labor union leaders like A. Philip Randolph, Addie Wyatt, and Bayard Rustin advocated for fair wages, dignity, and justice for working people everywhere. Aviation pioneers like Bessie Coleman, Willa Brown, and the Tuskegee Airmen broke barriers and reshaped flight history.
NATCA takes this time to recognize and honor the achievements of these pioneers and the many others Black Americans who have changed our world for the better.
