Communicating for Safety 2024 – National Excused Absence Request Form

Completing this form DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR CFS. You must follow the link on the Registration Instruction page to complete your submission.

In accordance with Article 29, NATCA will make a national-level request for excused absence at least forty-five (45) days prior to the conference.

Please fill out the form below if you are planning on attending CFS in Las Vegas, NV, September 16-18, 2024.

There is no consequence for requesting the excused absence only to find out later you can’t attend.

If you are planning on attending CFS but unsure your facility’s schedule will allow it, please fill out this form anyway to ensure your duty time request is not delinquent.

Deadline for submission of this form is JULY 25, 2024.
